Laser Vibrometry

For various applications in vibration and fluid flow analysis a Polytec Laser Vibrometer is used including an OVD-02 velocity and an OVD-20 displacement decoder. This system can also be used to trigger the holographic pulsed laser system.

This picture shows the vibration frequency spectrum of the test turbine as recorded with the laser vibrometer. An additional modal analysis had been performed using pulsed laser holography.
