Born 1975; 1990-1995 HTBL Lastenstraße 1, Klagenfurt, 1995-2002 studies of Mechanical Engineering at Graz University of Technology (special subject "Energy Engineering"), 2002 Master in Mechanical Engineering at Graz University of Technology. MSc-Thesis: Modeling of Flow Transition Using Intermittency Transport Equations.
Since 2003 research assistant at the Institute for Thermal Turbomachinery and Machine Dynamics (project refunded).
Since July 2007 Postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Turbulence Research, Stanford University
